Agreement Acceptance
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the Platform. By registering and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.
User Responsibilities
As a platform user, you need to assume the following responsibilities:
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Must not use the platform for any illegal activities
- Responsible for all activities under your account
- Ensure the information provided is true, accurate, and complete
Platform Rights
The Platform reserves the following rights:
- To review content suspected of violating laws
- To freeze or delete infringing accounts
- To delete illegal data
- To cooperate with relevant departments for investigation as required by laws and regulations
Credits Rules
Regulations regarding platform credits:
- User credits are non-refundable once used
- In case of over-deduction of credits, users can provide relevant proof
- The platform will negotiate the handling of credit compensation based on actual conditions
- The platform reserves the right to interpret and modify the credit rules
Referral Program
Through the referral program, you can earn commissions by inviting friends to join the platform.
- Eligibility: Users must complete real-name verification before participating in the referral program.
- Commission Rate: After a referred user registers through your invite link, commissions will be calculated based on the percentage published by the platform.
- Withdrawal Rules: Once the commission amount reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold, you may apply for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be processed manually after approval.
Tax Liability
Any income tax resulting from referral commissions is the sole responsibility of the referrer. The platform does not withhold or remit any personal income tax when paying commissions. Referrers must declare and pay relevant taxes in accordance with the tax laws of their country or region.
Program Termination: The platform reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Violations of platform rules may result in disqualification and recovery of paid commissions.
Agreement Modification
The platform reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be published on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share or resell access.
Payments
Prices are shown before purchase and may include taxes where required. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
Refunds
Paid access is generally non-refundable once access starts. Please see the Refund Policy for details and legally required exceptions.
